"My parent's, senior citizens, have been working with Carol Harless for a few years now. I help by directly handling this type of stuff for them. Carol and the agency have been wonderful to deal with. They are very responsive. Due to the crazy FL insurance industry, my parent's have had to go with another Carrier away from State Farm, so Carol and this agency can no longer oversee their needs. I will miss working with them though. They were the just as responsive and helpful even though we had to leave them. Agent's like Carol, that will provide the same level of help even when they are no longer making a commission, are rare so consider them for your needs."
